Olivia R. McDowell

Olivia McDowell is an associate attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s litigation department. She graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in 2022, where she excelled in Moot Court as Vice President of Problem Direction and Public Relations. Olivia earned CALI Excellence Awards in Constitutional Law, Contracts, First Amendment Rights, and Comprehensive Review. As a senior-certified law student, she successfully argued a motion for summary judgment in a medical malpractice case under LDM Attorney Mark Novotny’s supervision. Olivia holds a B.S. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and time with her family and her goldendoodle, Brooks.
