The ideal candidate for this Corporate Associate position should have at least 3-5 years of experience in employment law, including litigation and counseling. The successful candidate will handle a variety of employment law matters, including advising employers on compliance issues, drafting employment-related documents, and representing clients in litigation and administrative proceedings. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:
• Counsel employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and procedures
• Represent employers in administrative proceedings
• Handle employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims
• Provide advice on labor relations, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions
• Stay updated on employment law developments and provide proactive advice to clients
• Conduct training sessions for clients on employment law topics, such as harassment prevention and compliance

About the Position:
This role is crucial in driving both brand growth and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, while actively contributing to business development initiatives. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities for the firm as a whole and for each attorney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Business Development Support: Identify and research potential business opportunities, track industry trends, and contribute to outreach strategies to expand our client base and partnerships.
