Litigation Paralegal
Omaha, NE

LDM is seeking two seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join our Omaha location. Interested candidates must have a paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree or completed formal education in the legal field. Salary range is $55k-65k.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of a paralegal working in litigation.

Other requirements include:

  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Ability to handle strict deadlines and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical chronologies a plus
  • Experience in personal injury or medical malpractice is preferred.

Litigation Associate Attorney
Omaha, NE

Our office in Omaha is growing and we are seeking three litigation associates to join our team!

This position will handle a variety of cases including, professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have:

  • An ideal candidate would have one year of litigation experience, preferably with experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation.
  • Experience in legal research and writing, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines.
  • A competitive candidate would also have experience as a first or second chair in civil jury trials.

Candidates with less litigation experience will be considered depending on qualifications.

Legal Administrative Assistant

LDM is seeking a seasoned legal administrative assistant to join our litigation group in our Omaha location. The salary range is $50-$60k.

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of legal secretarial experience working in litigation. Other requirements include:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication
  • advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office products.

This candidate should be a self-starter with practical and technical experience, looking to enjoy the support and reputation of a respected Firm.
