Since joining the Firm, Mr. Minahan has represented a diverse array of clients in both corporate and personal litigation. He has argued cases in the state and federal courts of Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and the District of Columbia, and has contributed to published decisions from the Nebraska and Iowa Supreme Courts as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, Mr. Minahan has arbitrated cases through the American Arbitration Association. He has a particular interest in representing clients and businesses in the agricultural sector.

Sean is appointed as the Special Assistant Attorney General for the Nebraska Board of Engineers and Architects and is the author of the Firm sponsored blog Midwest Agricultural Law Guide.

When Sean’s not practicing law, he spends his time as a councilman for the city of Plattsmouth, and board member of the Plattsmouth Community Foundation.
