Spencer J. Mitchell

Spencer Mitchell is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department, handling commercial disputes, products liability, and construction claims. He earned his J.D. with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law in 2023. While there, he volunteered with the Tenant Assistance Project and, as a Senior Certified Law Student in the Housing Justice Clinic, represented low-income clients facing eviction, achieving favorable outcomes. Spencer was recognized by the Nebraska Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission and the Nebraska State Bar Association for his commitment to equal justice. He received CALI Excellence Awards in Evidence, Employee Benefits, and the Housing Justice Clinic. Spencer holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas. He is a Jayhawks and Kansas City Chiefs fan, enjoys racing, and loves working on cars.
