Adam R. Feeney Speaks on Purpose-Driven Leadership at Pitch Black Conference

Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is proud to share that Partner Adam Feeney recently served as a panelist at the 2025 Pitch Black Conference, hosted by the Midlands African Chamber. This annual event brings together business and community leaders to celebrate innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusive economic growth across the Heartland.

Adam participated in a panel discussion titled “Leading with Purpose: Aligning Business Strategy with Core Values,” alongside a dynamic group of professionals, including Leanne Prewitt (CEO, Ervin & Smith), Sandy Spady (CEO, Power Up Leadership Coaching & Consulting), and Luper V. Akough (Regional Director, Anago Cleaning Systems of Nebraska).

During the session, Adam shared how core values like integrity, equity, and service shape his approach to leadership and guide LDM’s broader business strategy. He also discussed LDM’s active support for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives—including Pride Month, Black History Month, and spotlighting Black-owned businesses—and how these efforts contribute to a values-aligned brand and firm culture.

LDM is honored to support and participate in events like the Pitch Black Conference, which create space for critical conversations and actionable leadership. We thank the Midlands African Chamber for hosting another impactful event and for continuing to build pathways for progress across our communities.
