Lawrence F. Harr

Larry Harr is a partner at Lamson Dugan & Murray, focusing on insurance, reinsurance, and arbitration law. He serves as counsel to insurance companies and producers on corporate and regulatory matters, including insurance company formation, state admissions, holding company act filings, acquisitions, mergers, redomestications, and reinsurance transactions. Larry represents clients before insurance regulatory authorities and is a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Organization of Life and Health Guaranty Associations. Before joining the firm, he held various positions at a Fortune 500 insurance company, including Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel, and served as General Counsel for a national insurance trade association. He also practiced law with the Nebraska Department of Insurance and has been appointed special counsel to receivers of several property and casualty insurers.
