Michael L. Storey is a trial attorney and partner at LDM. Trial work is his passion, and he regularly defends physicians, healthcare providers, and hospitals against claims of medical malpractice before Nebraska and Iowa juries. When not in the courtroom, he also represents clients in professional licensure actions, insurance coverage disputes, and insurance defense matters, while assisting entities with crisis management before litigation begins. A two-time national champion debater at Creighton University, Mike continues to sharpen his analytical and oratory skills with each trial. Before joining the Firm, he clerked for the Nebraska Supreme Court, gaining a deep understanding of the appellate process and how to review cases wholistically. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Anne, and their three young children.
