Peyton D. LaFerla

Peyton D. LaFerla is an attorney in Lamson Dugan & Murray’s Omaha office, focusing his practice on estate and succession planning, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

Peyton advises individuals and families on tax-efficient strategies for preserving and transferring wealth across generations. He also assists businesses of all sizes with formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, exit planning, contract drafting, and operational matters.

Peyton earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. While at Creighton, he was a Dean’s Scholar, worked as a research assistant, and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Trusts & Estates, Commercial Contract Drafting, Negotiation, Dispute Resolution, and Arbitration Advocacy.
