
Sean A. Minahan
Sean Minahan is a partner at Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP, where he represents a diverse range of clients in both corporate and personal litigation. He has argued cases in state and federal courts across Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, and the District of Columbia, and has contributed to published decisions from the Nebraska, Iowa, and North Dakota Supreme Courts, as well as the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Sean also has experience arbitrating cases through the American Arbitration Association and has a particular focus on representing clients and businesses in the agricultural sector.
Sean serves as Special Assistant Attorney General for the Nebraska Board of Engineers and Architects and authors Midwest Agricultural Law Guide, the firm’s blog dedicated to legal issues affecting the agricultural industry.
Outside of his legal practice, Sean remains active in his community and supports initiatives benefiting the Plattsmouth area.
