William R. Johnson
Bill Johnson is a founding partner of Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP and formerly served as the Firm’s Managing and Administrative Partner. His litigation practice focuses on defending complex commercial cases, including breach of contract, close corporation disputes, partnership dissolutions, estate and trust litigation for banking entities, products liability, and professional negligence claims against attorneys and accountants. Bill has served as Secretary on the Executive Committee of the United Way of the Midlands and as attorney for the Midlands Chapter of Inclusive Communities, where he was presiding chair of its Board of Directors. He also chaired the District Two Committee on Inquiry for the Nebraska State Bar Association. Outside of work, Bill enjoys woodworking, fishing, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren.
